Josh Gibson was one of the Negro Leagues greatest sluggers! Legend has it, he still has some home run balls making orbit around the earth. This framed 16" x 20" Mixed Media artwork is the one that started the Negro League fascination for me. His eyes in the photo I referenced were so captivating that I had to make an artwork. In this photo, the painting is exhibited at the San Francisco Public Library and has been exhibited at The Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles and has made it tour of California through the Public Library system.
