Growing up in the Los Angeles area, the Dodgers were a staple for watching on tv, or going to the games with family and friends. I also played the sport into my high school years. Add years of baseball card collecting (mostly Will "The Thrill" Clark) and you have the recipe for why I put so much attention into making baseball art... Various media goes into many of the artworks I produce. Items such as; garnet, cut canvas, baseball skin/string, baseball mitt fragments, dried paint scraps and even droplets of my own blood have even been used to create the heavy textures in my compositions.
